Mezze

We visited this Mediterranean café and had a lovely experience. We tried the chicken souvlaki, chicken roast, and chicken lahmacun, and everything was delicious and well prepared with authentic flavors. The food was fresh, flavorful, and very satisfying. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Great ambience, great food, and great service. Highly recommended—will definitely visit again!

I went for my Birthday, we ordered the best sellers over there which was, Zatar Fried Chicken (Awsum Crispy), Sumac Chicken (The pieces were slightly dry), Lamb Suvlaki (a little extra Smoked), Peri Peri Shawarma (Dish of the day) & desserts like Chocolate Bukalva (Light and airy), Rose milk Cake (nice) & Biscoff pull me up cake (Dessert of the Day). Over all nice experience, Valet car parking service, subtle music, less crowd & peaceful vibes. One recommendation is if you can play local music or even arabic inspired music instead of repeating BGMs. Price is not too low but not high either.

Mezze ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Been wanting to visit Mezze for years. We once tried dropping in earlier but they were closing for lunch and asked us to come back for dinner. Finally made it happen on Dec 31, and honestly—it was worth the wait. We booked a table a day in advance. When we arrived, the place wasn’t crowded, and we got a great table. The ambience was elegant, with beautiful Middle Eastern elements that instantly set the mood. We ordered chicken hummus, Turkish eggs, pita fry, pita bread (including garlic pita), falafel, harissa fish, and a few sodas. Coming to the food—absolutely outstanding. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared, balanced, and true to Middle Eastern flavors. Chicken hummus was rich and flavourful, with perfectly cooked minced chicken. Pita bread was incredibly soft, and the pita fry with dips was addictive. The garlic pita was spot on. Falafel was flavour-packed and quite filling. Turkish eggs were the OG of our order—easily the standout dish, just too good. Harissa fish came with a generous, well-cooked basa fillet, bold in flavor and exactly how I like it. The dips deserve a special mention—they elevated every bite. No complaints whatsoever. Everything—from the food to the service—was top notch. Completely lived up to the hype. If you’re looking for authentic Middle Eastern food in Chennai, Mezze is a must-visit.
